<p><strong>Introduction</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Clay was a new build project, with the full electrical design completed by Coljoint. The new build consisted of 185 lighting circuits, fed from 7 lighting control panels over 3 floors. The build featured a grand entrance hallway with a central staircase, 5 lounges, 4 bedrooms with ensuites, a kitchen, a games room, cinema room, Gymnasium, Indoor swimming pool, Shower room, sauna and Triple Garage with an annex built above.</p>

<p><strong>Introduction</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Rosarium is a new bar &amp; restaurant located within The Sidings at Waterloo Station, London. Three different themes pass through the bar and restaurant which are known as, The Secret Garden, The Glass House, and The Terrace. The toilet area was given an eccentric underwater theme.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>A Cable Management System of cable tray was double-stacked and installed at high level to distribute the cables from the distribution cupboard. DMX controlled colour changing LED strip lighting was installed along with other styles of purpose-built lighting supplied by Northern Lights. This was to accommodate the different themes within the Rosarium. All lighting is controlled by a Rako lighting control system, which allow the colour changing themes to change sequence by either switching or timer.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We also had to install the electrical services to the kitchen located in the basement under the restaurant. To get the food to the restaurant from the basement, 2 dumb waiter lifts were installed. We worked closely with the lift engineers and the kitchen supply company and to their specifications.</p>

<p><strong>Introduction</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Negative Short Circuit Device (NSCD) provides a short-circuit path between the DC Traction Supply and the Negative Return to protect against the inadvertent re-energisation of the circuit. The NSCD can be operated remotely via a SCADA Interface, locally via a Local Control Panel and at the NSCD itself for maintenance. LCS units are an IP rated cabinet and are normally used for outside purposes. We have installed these across many sites while working with Bam Nuttall.</p>
