Introduction
Clay was a new build project, with the full electrical design completed by Coljoint. The new build consisted of 185 lighting circuits, fed from 7 lighting control panels over 3 floors. The build featured a grand entrance hallway with a central staircase, 5 lounges, 4 bedrooms with ensuites, a kitchen, a games room, cinema room, Gymnasium, Indoor swimming pool, Shower room, sauna and Triple Garage with an annex built above.
Client Brief
Our client wanted to build his dream home, incorporating all electrical services as a smart home automation system. Coljoint worked closely with him to ensure all aspects were able to be controlled by one device.
