Project Platt
Introduction
Project Platt was a Full refurbishment and redesign of an existing dwelling, the only existing feature which remained was the external walls, the redesigned house consisting of four bedrooms, one cinema room, kitchen, lounge & office area spilt over three floors.
We installed a Control 4 home automation system alongside a Lutron smart lighting control panel. The Control 4 system allowed us to integrate the Lights, Music, Heating, Door Entry System, Home Security System, and a CCTV all under one app, this allowed our customer to have full control when either at home or away on holiday.
Client Brief
Our client liked the area he lived in and wanted to give his existing home a new look with a redesign of the layout, which would create the feel of a different home, we were challenged with introducing as much decorative and niche lighting as possible, they also wanted a home automation system which can be controlled when away from home.
