Project Croft

Introduction

Maycroft is a large domestic house refurbishment, double side & single rear extension, along with a coach house at the bottom of the garden in Kent. The house was stripped back to bare brick & had all the floors ripped up to give all services access for services. We also installed external lighting supplies to an outside cupboard for all the outgoing lighting cables situated all around the garden, pond, and flowerbeds. All the lighting in the house, coach house & garden are controlled via the Rako lighting systems.

Client Brief

Coljoint was instructed by the private client to complete the full electrical installation of power, data, TV & lighting, along with a Rako smart lighting system to the house & coach house. We installed a CMS throughout the ground & 1st floors to allow the cables to reach their destinations around the house. We had to run a new SWA sub main cable from the house distribution board up to the coach house through buried cable ducting which also runs under the new concrete floor on the ground floor. We worked closely with the builders & the kitchen designers/installers to make sure the project run smoothly and was completed on time. The down/up lighters were supplied by Malissa Lighting.
